3RB Members Lend Music to Young Artists With It’s a New Day

Last night, members of the Three Rivers Band lent their musical talents to the young artists associated with It’s a New Day.  It’s a New Day is a group of local citizens, patrons of and participants in the arts, with a passion to promote the arts in our community.  By mentoring young, local performers with experienced artists, they produce quality events in a variety of venues to raise money for the funding of worthy  local arts programs. The 3RB’s Jim-bob Harrison is musical director for the program and various band members volunteer to give the performers a live band experience. Learn more about It’s a New Day  HERE

We always have a good time, and it’s inspiring to see young artists grow through the program. Here’s a pic of the performers from last night. Hint, we are the old people 🙂

3RB Returns to Chuy’s Simi West! – Sat 6/25 – 6-9pm

Howdy Friends,

Well, we can honestly say we had a blast at our last show at Chuy’s Simi West. The regulars were a great crowd to play for and they made us feel right at home. We’re happy to be coming back to see our Simi friends again this Saturday the 25th. Chuy’s has nice cold beer and great Mexican food, so come early to fuel up. If you haven’t been there before, they can be found at 5835 East La ave. Simi Valley Ca 93063. Here’s a Map Find and like them on facebook!

If you haven’t seen the 3RB yet, here’s a sample. We play modern country music that rocks, and toss in some southern rock for flavor.

Howdy Friends,

The 3RB is fired up for our show this Saturday (7th) at Chuy’s Simi West. We will play from 6pm-9pm, so it’s mercifully early for our early-bird fans. This will be our first show at Chuy’s, so we’re looking forward to meeting new friends and fans out there. Here is a little flavor of what you’ll find on Sat.
